David started Restoration Carpentry and Tile in 2003 after 10 years in residential remodeling and home building. In 2026 we decided to change the name to Restoration Remodel to reflect more of the full project scope and general contracting. Also in 2026, we have added a plumbing license and are soon to add an electrical license. The advantage of having these licenses particularly in smaller projects makes it so that we minimize the amount of people that have to come in and out of your house.

Our current team consists of 4 full time employees and 1 part time employee.

We are currently servicing Kansas City and surrounding areas including Leawood, Overland Park, Lees Summit, Belton, Raymore, Lenexa, Shawnee, and Prairie Village.
